We operate as a Juristic Representative of Beztforex (Pty) Ltd, an authorised Financial Services Provider regulated by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) of South Africa under FSP licence number 44383. Foreign exchange transactions facilitated by WBForex are executed by Beztforex (Pty) Ltd as the licensed principal.

These terms apply to all users of our website and to all clients engaging our foreign exchange and money transfer services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

WBForex provides foreign exchange and international money transfer services, including:

• GBP/ZAR and USD/ZAR currency exchange and transfer
• Facilitation of South African Reserve Bank (SARB) Single Discretionary Allowance (SDA) transfers
• Facilitation of Foreign Investment Allowance (FIA) transfers requiring SARS Approval for International Transfer (AIT)
• Assistance with tax emigration-related transfer requirements
• Retirement annuity and inheritance transfer facilitation
• General information and guidance on international transfers for South African expats

All foreign exchange transactions are executed by Beztforex (Pty) Ltd under their FSCA authorisation. WBForex acts as introducer and relationship manager in this process.

Exchange rates quoted are indicative only. The rate applicable to your transaction will be the rate confirmed and agreed at the point of conversion, which may differ from any rate previously indicated. We make no representation or guarantee regarding future exchange rate movements.

If you require financial, tax or legal advice in connection with an international transfer, you should consult an appropriately qualified and regulated adviser.

Before we can process any transfer on your behalf, you are required to complete our client onboarding process. This includes providing identity documents and other information required under anti-money laundering regulations. We reserve the right to decline any application or transaction at our sole discretion.

You warrant that all information provided to us is accurate, complete and not misleading. You agree to notify us promptly of any changes to your personal or financial circumstances that may be relevant to your account or any pending transaction.

International transfers from South Africa are subject to South African exchange control regulations administered by SARB and SARS. It is your responsibility to ensure that any transfer you instruct complies with applicable limits and requirements, including:

• The Single Discretionary Allowance (SDA) of R2 million per adult per calendar year
• The Foreign Investment Allowance (FIA) of R10 million per adult per calendar year, which requires a valid SARS Approval for International Transfer (AIT)
• Any additional SARB FinSurv approval required for transfers above R12 million per calendar year

WBForex will provide guidance on these requirements but cannot accept liability for any regulatory breach arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

Our fees are disclosed to you at the point of engagement and will be confirmed before you instruct any transaction.

We reserve the right to amend our fee structure at any time, with changes communicated to you before any transaction is executed.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the site.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date, but we make no warranties as to its completeness, accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.
